"Nice models, but a little pricey"
The models are nice and seem well made, but the prices feel a bit high for what you’re getting. I get that quality costs money, but common sense says it should still feel like decent value.

I’m particular about the aircraft models I buy, and this was a good place to look. They had plenty in stock, and I found the one I wanted without much hassle. I’d like to see a few more new releases added, but overall it was a solid choice...

"Not a great first impression"
I ordered a model and had a question about the delivery, but getting a response from support took way longer than it should have. it made a bad first impression. When they finally replied days later, the answer was vague and didn’t really help much. The product itself was okay, but the customer service definitely needs some work

I ordered a couple of aircraft models and, to be honest, I was in a slightly cautious mood because I’ve had mix-ups with other shops before. I was mainly just hoping the right ones would turn up.
Everything matched exactly what I chose on the site: the airline, scale, and livery were all correct. No wrong box, no random swapped item, which was a relief.
It was a simple order, but they got it right, and that matters to me. I’d happily use aircraftmodelstore.co.uk again...

"Smooth order with fair, clear updates"
I was really happy with how everything went. After I placed the order, I got clear emails letting me know what was happening, including when it was packed and sent out. I think that’s only fair to expect as a customer, but it’s not always what you get, so I appreciated not having to chase anyone. The whole process was simple and easy, and based on this experience, I’d happily order again

"Really accurate little models"
Well... I picked up a diecast 737 and I’m impressed with it. The details are really spot on, and even the livery colors look just right. It feels authentic too, not like a cheap little model. I’m happy with it and will probably end up ordering another one soon

I sent a model back and the refund did come through in the end, just a bit slower than I was expecting. Support was fine and got the job done, even if it wasn’t anything special. Overall, not a bad experience.

"Really nice model with loads of detail"
I bought an aircraft model from aircraftmodelstore.co.uk i’m proper happy with it. The paint finish is really clean, the little details look great, and it feels nicer quality than I was expecting for the price. It turned up looking just like the photos as well, which is always a good thing. I’d definitely buy from them again.
